Chef Ian Tenzer is coming back to host a 2nd Father’s Day Sunday Supper and we’re pumped about it!

A native New Yorker, Ian started out in the family-owned kitchens of Westchester County and followed his passion for cooking to the Big Apple. He has developed his craft in various restaurants including his time working with renowned chef, Daniel Humm, and leading the kitchens at Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad Hotel. Through out his career, Ian has cultivated his culinary personality to encompass his passion for delicious food that is approachable, healthy, and produces minimal waste. He finds the creative process the most challenging and inspiring aspect of life. He believes that through food, real change can happen!!

For last year’s Sunday Supper, Chef Ian and the Makers Central team dove into the world of the unused, unwanted, and unloved to turn whats normally seen as trash, into an unbelievably delicious, thought provoking, and meaningful dining experience. Our makers created plates out of recycled clay, made menus from agricultural waste, and turned wooden bowls out of local trees downed in storms. Chef Ian went above and beyond to source ingredients like invasive (but delicious!) species of fish from the LI sound, and to transform under appreciated cuts of meat and produce into one of the most memorable meals of the year.

As Chef Ian creates his menu with a focus on sustainable & hyper seasonal food, we don’t know exactly what’s in store yet, but you can be sure that it will be much more than just a delicious meal.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 5pm where guests will have the opportunity to explore the studio, meet the makers, and see where the magic happens, all while enjoying craft cocktails and passed small bites to wet your appetite. At 6pm you’ll find your seat at our long communal table and settle in for an unforgettable 4 course meal along with wine pairings from our good friends at Grape Expectations wine shop in Tarrytown!

***Tip is not included nor required, but after your meal, if you feel that the service was exceptional and would like to leave a tip, we accept cash or Venmo. All tips will be split evenly amongst the crew***

***Refund policy - tickets are fully refundable up to two weeks in advance of any given dinner. If you need to cancel within two weeks, we will always do our best to sell your ticket, but cannot guarantee you a full refund. You may transfer your tickets to a friend at any time.
