Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise of the new West Village favorite The Noortwyck have quickly become good friends of our team here at Makers Central and we couldn’t be more excited to have them host a dinner with us! Having sharpened their skills at some of the best restaurants in the world, including most recently Eleven Madison Park, Cedric and Andy are making waves of their own in NYC. Waves that are coming to shore in Westchester for the first time at our September Sunday Supper.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 5pm where guests will have the opportunity to explore the studio, meet the makers, and see where the magic happens, all while enjoying craft cocktails and passed small bites to wet your appetite. At 6pm you’ll find your seat at our long communal table and settle in for an unforgettable 4 course meal along with wine pairings from our good friends at Grape Expectation wine shop in Tarrytown!
